By using the HARVEST FRESH website services and tools (the "Site"), you ("you" or the "End User") agree to the terms and conditions that we ("HARVEST FRESH") have provided. For the purpose of these terms of use, wherever the context requires, ‘You’ shall mean any natural or legal person who has agreed to make use of the site.

These Terms & Conditions were most recently updated on 8th December 2025 and apply to users requesting quotes or purchasing fresh agricultural products. Subsequent changes would be stated with the clauses inclusive.

Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes to these Terms and Conditions of use constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

1 GENERAL

1.1 This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions that apply to the use of this Site by the End User. By using this Site (other than to read this Agreement for the first time), End User agrees to comply with all of the terms and conditions hereof. The right to use this Site is personal to the End User and is not transferable to any other person or entity.

1.2 End User shall be responsible for protecting the confidentiality of End User's password(s), if any. While HARVEST FRESH strives to maintain a secure environment, the Site may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or circumstances beyond our control. Access may be interrupted, suspended, or terminated at any time. HARVEST FRESH reserves the right to change or discontinue any aspect or feature of the Site, including content, hours of availability, and methods of transmission.

2 USER SUBMISSIONS AND PRIVACY

2.1 Any information or content you submit to the Site, including questions, reviews, comments, and suggestions (collectively, "Submissions") will become our sole property and shall not be returned to you.

2.2 When you post comments or reviews, you grant HARVEST FRESH the right to use your submitted name in connection with such content.

2.3 You shall not submit false information or mislead HARVEST FRESH or third parties. We may remove or edit any Submissions at our discretion.

3 QUOTING AND PRICING

3.1 You may request quotes for fresh agricultural products through the Site. All prices provided are estimates and may vary based on availability, quantity, or market fluctuations.

3.2 HARVEST FRESH reserves the right to refuse or cancel any quote or order at any time. Additional verification may be required before confirming quotes or orders.

4 PURCHASE CONTRACT

4.1 This Site is operated by HARVEST FRESH. All use and purchases made on this website are governed by these Terms & Conditions.

4.2 We sell agricultural goods only to end-users. Orders are confirmed once payment is received.

5 CANCELLATION AND AMENDMENT

Orders may be amended or cancelled within 10 minutes of confirmation. After this period, cancellation fees may apply.

6 PAYMENT METHODS

Payment may be made via available methods listed on the Site. Proof of payment may be required before processing orders.

7 DELIVERY

Delivery schedules may vary and are subject to availability. HARVEST FRESH is not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances, weather, or other factors outside our control.

8 DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED GOODS

Report defective or damaged products immediately to our support center. Replacement or refund will be provided at our discretion.

9 RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns must comply with our guidelines and be approved by HARVEST FRESH. Refunds will be processed after inspection of returned items.
